Refund & Cancellation

Since our orders involve large-scale custom manufacturing and international cargo freight consolidations, refunds and contract cancellations are governed by strict commercial rules.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Custom OEM orders cannot be canceled after manufacturing production begins. Standard product orders can be canceled up to 5 days before the cargo is consolidated at our overseas hubs. All cancellations incur a 15% administrative processing fee.

2. Damage Claims

Buyers must inspect all goods at the delivery point. Any structural defects or cargo damage must be documented on the bill of lading and reported within 48 hours to initiate insurance claims.

3. Deposit Refunds

If a manufacturer fails to fulfill production lines due to force majeure, KSP Global will return the full deposit value to the buyer within 14 business days.
