These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between KSP Global and its corporate buyers or distributors. By utilizing our B2B procurement platform or requesting price quotes, you agree to comply with the terms detailed below.
1. Wholesale Account Eligibility
To place bulk orders, buyers must be registered business entities holding an active GSTIN or equivalent corporate registration. Sourcing contracts are not offered to individual consumers or retail buyers.
2. Quotes and Price Protection
Price sheets are estimates based on material supply costs, cargo freights, and current customs tariffs. Formal contracts guarantee price protection for 6-12 months. All other standard quotes expire after 14 days unless validated in writing.
3. Lead Times and Port Delays
Logistical lead times (e.g. 45-60 days) are targets based on ocean timelines. While KSP Global manages custom broker clearances, we are not liable for delayed arrivals caused by port strikes, custom examinations, or marine weather delays (force majeure).
4. Compliance & Factory Auditing
KSP Global executes factory inspection audits and checks BIS/RoHS compliance before shipping. However, final verification of structural layout requirements remains the buyer's duty.
